How do you communicate with me and/or my team?

We use Slack, an instant messaging software.

During the Onboarding process, a  private workspace is set up between your team and the BeanLogix team. That is where we can all easily communicate day-to-day. When working with us you will feel like we're your own in-house accounting department.

What software do you use?

We use Xero for accounting and bookkeeping services. As for payroll, we use Gusto.

Question 5

Do I have to use BeanLogix for both bookkeeping and payroll?

Accepted Answer

No! We know small business owners have different needs, so you may just need bookkeeping services or payroll services, but maybe both!

We customize our services to your business needs and can adjust as time passes as well.

Do I have access to my own bookkeeper and/or payroll specialist?

Yes! After our Onboarding process is complete, you are assigned your own Bean Counter and/or Payroll Specialist that is dedicated to your small business. You have access to them everyday.

Do you do taxes?

BeanLogix does not process tax returns, but we work seamlessly with your CPA to assure a smooth tax season.

Your CPA will love us because your books will be submitted in a timely manner and will be nice and tidy! If you don’t have a CPA and need a recommendation, we have excellent partners we can refer you to.

We customize our services for each client because your business is different and unique from others.

Our bookkeeping services range anywhere from $300/month to $1000+ per month, but it really just depends on the needs of your business! Unlike other bookkeepers, we give our clients a flat rate per month.
